About the program
Our Technical Sales Program has been in place for more than 30 years and was the starting place for many of TI’s top leaders. This 8- to 12-month program features challenging rotations that offer exposure to the company’s entire product portfolio, business processes and access to our internal network of professionals. You will also receive personal coaching and mentoring along the way from a team of industry-leading professionals.
Program participants go through several rotation assignments to learn about TI’s products, customers and sales processes. This includes spending time in a Field Sales Office to gain exposure to the sales function and insight into how our sales team engages with other parts of the company. You will also get experience in a product marketing rotation at TI’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas to learn how we introduce new products into the market and promote our existing portfolio.
At the end of your program, you’ll become a team member in one of our Field Sales Offices or our Technical Marketing teams in one of our business units, where you will have responsibility for growing revenue and gaining market share with customers around the world.
