In 1968, TI Singapore became one of the first multinational corporations to begin manufacturing operations in Singapore during the country’s industrialization period. Shortly after, the company was nationally-recognized when it completed its first product shipment in a record seven weeks. To date, the Economic Development Board of Singapore dubs this achievement as the ’50-Day Wonder’.
Along with the business portfolio growth at TI over the past few years, TI Singapore has transformed into a regional hub for Southeast-Asia. This includes sales and marketing offices for semiconductor sensors and control, productivity solutions, field applications engineering, and serving as an Asia product distribution center.
