Every employee network is open to all TIers.

Here are just a few of our EMEA networks:

• The Newcomers and Interns Networks help employees at TI develop and connect with TIers across the company. These networks host roundtables with senior leaders, as well as social, sporting and professional development events throughout the year.
• Our EMEA Women’s Employee Network focuses on the development, retention and recruitment of TI’s female workforce across our company. This network provides TIers with programs and events, panel sessions, and opportunities for mentoring and networking with company leaders.
• The EMEA TI Pride Network (TIPN) supports workplace inclusion and equality for all, working to create an environment of respect so that people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, expressions and characteristics can be their best selves at work.
• Our EMEA Green Network contributes to a more green and sustainable life in and around TI.

The number of women in technical roles continues to increase as we focus on developing and building our female talent. Here are some of the programs that we offer:

• Formalized development programs such as Women for Technical Leadership help us retain and develop women into leadership roles.
• We also provide purposeful opportunities for women through the EMEA Women’s Initiative, along with peer-to-peer connection and mentoring programs.
• We are committed to giving back to our community by investing in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) initiatives such as Girls’ Day in Germany, having participated since 2004, and are a member of the Bavarian government initiative BayFiD, which is a mentorship program for women entering into STEM careers.

These opportunities give women – including those in early career technical roles – the opportunity to form important relationships, and to have visibility into how other women at TI have successfully pursued technical or managerial career paths.

Employees have the opportunity to volunteer for a wide variety of organizations, including those that aim to help children and individuals with disabilities, as well as education and STEM initiatives. Across TI EMEA sites, we work with local schools and the community to provide better access to education and support STEM initiatives. We have long-standing partnerships with European organizations such as the European Book Banks Federation to help address local needs within the European countries in which we operate.
