Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for an experienced IT Compliance Analyst to join our team. A career in Audit Services offers a unique opportunity to see many different businesses at TI. In this role, you will be a senior member of TI’s IT Compliance team. This assignment is for a candidate with a strong ability to assess the effectiveness of security and internal controls within the computing environment at TI.
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively interfacing with all levels of management across a broad range of functional disciplines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives and best practices
- Performing risk assessments to determine areas of concern
- Working with Process owners to identify system gaps and remediate through implementation of enhanced control processes
- Providing communication and training to process and control owners to enhance awareness and understanding of control risk
- Working both independently and in a team environment to drive improvements in TI’s internal controls and improve control testing efficiency
- Providing guidance and direction to the SOX IT team, ensuring compliance objectives align with company goals
- Collaborating with TI’s IT organizations on systems and infrastructure projects to ensure controls are designed-in prior to implementation
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Technology
- 5+ years’ work-related experience
- Knowledge of IT auditing and IT security principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Business acumen and judgment
- Solid project management and team-leading skills and experience
- Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly and be adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
- Ability to document and organize work in a clear and concise manner
- Prior experience in auditing or security is a plus
- CISA, CISM, CIA, GIAC, CISSP, or other Security or Audits Certifications is a plus
