Responsibilities include:

• Performs strategic sourcing to negotiate the best deal for company to deliver the highest quality products and services at low cost. • Coordinates purchasing activities with multi cross-functional departments to acquire inventory delivery in timely manner. • Works with stakeholders to establish viable and cost-effective strategic sourcing objective. • Responsible to update management on all aspects of commodity management, including procurement support, commodity business plans, pricing, and product availability. • Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive. • Performs risk and cost analysis, market survey and volume planning to improve cost-effective and prevent supplies interruption. • May recommend cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis based on ROI analyses data or alternative sourcing. • Processing purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers • Interacts closely with suppliers and QA to resolve quality issues. • Supports internal and external audits related to Procurement processes and Supplier Managements |
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
• 4 years’ experience in Procurement Specialist or other related field.
