What to expect

Application

Applying for a job can be daunting and at TI we get that, we have streamlined the application process and it all starts with searching for open roles located here.

Interview

After the application process, we host two different types of interviews- virtual and/or in-person where you have the opportunity to meet with members in our teams covering technical and behavioral skills in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Offer

After your interview(s), a recruiter or team member will reach out to notify you of a hiring decision, which will include the next steps and a potential offer.

FAQs

Yes, you can save your application and return to it later. Within the site, you can also create a profile and sign up for job alerts to be notified when new roles become available in areas of interest.

You can view your submission status by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘my submissions’ tab.

TI applications are accepted until a role is filled.

Your resume is your marketing tool! Choose an easy-to-read format, and ensure your resume is organized, updated and has accurate chronological information. Highlight your skills and relevant coursework and proofread so it is free of grammatical errors. Showcase your leadership experience, relevant projects and passions, and be sure to emphasize accomplishments during school, internships and jobs.

The time will vary. Recruiters will review applications and select the best qualified candidates to interview. Interviews will continue until we find a match. Continue to check your profile for the latest status on your submissions.

The interview format will be determined by the position you are applying for.  More information on your specific interview type will be discussed when your recruiter reaches out to schedule.

We recommend business casual attire for both in-person and virtual interviews.

The team will follow up with you after an interview and will share next steps.  Your recruiter will be able to provide you more details based on the role you are interviewing for.

We assess candidates based on skills and behaviors. Be prepared to showcase your skills and experiences through examples.
