High voltage power business of Texas Instruments is looking for talented program manager. If you are looking to join an ingenious, vigorous & ambitious team that consistently delivers groundbreaking high voltage technologies & shapes the future of power managements with products using GaN – here is an opportunity for you!

We are looking for Program Managers to manage the development of vast portfolio of high voltage products:

  • Controllers to enable system solution with our GaN
  • GaN based power stages
  • GaN SiPs 

In this role, responsibilities may include:

  • Responsible for High Voltage Power business unit’s new and complex GaN based power stages, controllers, SIPs from concept through release, including advanced technology projects. Managing end-to-end product development: including hardware, software, architecture, foundry engagement etc.
  • Handle the project in a fast and market driven environment with a clear focus on the business objectives, and support customer interactions. Own the project results, deliverables and success – schedule, cost and quality. Resolves inter-team and intra-team conflicts / issues to ensure project goals are met.
  • Establish close partnership with external engineering and manufacturing teams to lead the development package & process technology for pushing the boundary of power density for high voltage!
  • Develops creative solutions to be applied to a wide range of problems, many of which are difficult or complex in nature. Exhibits strong problem-solving skills. Pursues innovative approaches to Time and Cost Analysis, Risk Management and Out of Bounds conditions. Holds teams accountable and proactively identifies risk to the project execution.
  • Lead cross functional and multicultural project teams from various locations, creating the energy and passion to reach ambitious project targets
  • Work closely with the global manufacturing facilities to address customer specific product quality, yield management and cost reductions issues on mature products.
  • Strong leadership consulting and facilitation skills.  

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
  • 5+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry with focus on research and development projects/programs & experience in leading projects
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel internationally from time to time!
