Texas Instruments (TI) is searching for a detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who is able to maintain confidentiality, have fun and be highly effective in a team environment. Individual must be able to communicate well with all levels of management.

While not all inclusive, responsibilities of this role include:

Primarily responsible for providing administrative support to relieve executives or managers of administrative details and duties. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, arranging business travel, coordinating calendars, maintaining organizational charts, relaying/accepting messages on behalf of assigned manager, organizing and maintaining hard/electronic filing systems, ordering/inventorying office supplies, preparing or sorting mail, performing typing assignments, and/or proofreading materials, translating written or electronic notes into appropriate tools or software products (examples: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).of assigned manager, organizing and maintaining hard/electronic filing systems, ordering/inventorying office supplies, preparing or sorting mail, performing typing assignments, and/or proofreading materials, translating written or electronic notes into appropriate tools or software products (examples: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory depending on experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • High level of professionalism, with a focus on client service.\
  •  Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
