As an analog IC design engineering intern, you’ll be a part of making our customers’ visions a reality. You’ll work on designing innovative analog circuits in the field of power management – switching converters. Ideally you are available for a minimum of a 20 weeks internship starting in the first half of 2025.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Concept evaluation and design of DC-DC converter analog sub-blocks in Cadence Virtuoso
  • Partnering with design team to develop mutually agreeable design specifications 
  • Analyzing trade-offs to ensure spec compliance and superior performance at a competitive cost 
  • Participating in design reviews and creating the necessary design documentation 
  • Supervising IC layouts to ensure a high-performance standard 
  • Characterizing prototypes in the LAB to ensure that the design specifications are met


Minimum requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering
  • Good academic record (cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher)

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Experience with Cadence design and simulation tools is preferred
  • Basic understanding of analog circuit designs
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
